Used Grace for our relocation from Melbourne to Auckland. Very professional service from beginning to end. We moved a whole house, including bikes, fishing and camping gear and tools/ garden equipment etc so a big job. We had Rob and his team, Blessing, Matt, Buzz, Sanele, Caleb and Steven unpack in NZ. They couldn’t have done more to make the job stress free and smooth. Friendly, accomodating and professional. A special shout out to Rob for his problem solving in getting our unusually designed queen bed back together. 👏👏👏👏🙌

I used Grace Removals Wellington for a house move & storage late last year and found them to be amazing, so decided to use them again for a small business job, moving from my home office into a new commercial premise. Once again, they have been fantastic. First up, quoting and booking is easy and the office team has excellent communication - I received an easy to understand quote and paperwork, and great reminders and information ahead of the move day. On the day of the move, the team arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job moving my gear. They were super friendly and professional. In my opinion, Grace are premium movers - there are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for, and I think the service they provide is worth every cent! Just one small area you could perhaps improve on - I've found the stickers you placed on our home items when they went into storage are very hard to remove and leave sticky residue behind, it would be great if you could use stickers that peel off easily and don't leave glue behind 🙂

Blessing Sanele made our moving process so easy. He even suggested to repack our clothing into the grace removals boxes as they are more stronger/sturdy, which will avoid the boxes from being damaged when loaded into the container. Him and his colleague were both friendly and really handle our belongings with care especially our sentimental items which we really appreciate. Thank you Blessing for you service you were both amazing.

Grace Removal did our move from Auckland. Excellent planning ahead and the move was smooth. The first day one person turned out and I was wondering what he is going to do alone. He was an iron man did all the big furniture packing by him self. The packing was super perfect ! Second day team led by ROB HORNELL. They did excellent job with great respect. I strongly recommend grace Auckland to any move .

We have never used movers before and were a little cautious, as there seemed to be a lot of cowboys about. We couldn't have been more impressed with Grace. The guys were super friendly, handled our items with care and worked hard. Their storage rates are very competitive too. Highly recommend if you need movers. UPDATE: After holding our contents at their storage facility for a few months, the guys have moved us into our new house and we couldn't be happier! They were very careful and did a great job of getting us in and set up with no dents, bangs, scrapes or scratches to anything. They are a great laugh, too. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Grace Removals to get my belongings from Christchurch to Wellington and both experiences have been outstanding. This second time it was just 24 boxes but Tony and the team still treated me as though I was a VIP customer. I called Tony numerous times for information and he was always so helpful and patient with me, and with my contact person in Christchurch. When Tony wasn’t available Dave provided equally wonderful service. My gear arrived on the early ferry so was here at 6am on a very wet and windy Wellington day and Les the driver was amazing, helping to get everything safely indoors despite the usual difficult Wellington access to our house. And hats off to Sally in the office for her efficiency with the paper work. Moving can be stressful so I am so grateful to have been looked after so well by this extraordinary team. THANK YOU! 💕

Couldn't be happier, great service, really friendly helpful staff. Turned up early for pick up and helped finish the packing. Delivery was faultless. Txt the night before to update arrival time, once again, very efficient, no problem with getting everything where I wanted it. I highly recommend moving with Grace Removals.

From pick up in a rural location to sorting through some issues here in Canada, Tony and his team at Grace have been fantastic to work with, super helpful and best of all our goods arrived safe and sound. Absolutely recommend them...we contacted a number of removalists to get quotes, Grace was a very good price but not the cheapest...it was the professionalism during this process that won the day and we felt very secure in our choice. Happy to say that trust was never dented, and if needed we would go straight to Grace again.
